About me

Hi, I’m Anwar, and I help people build a healthier, more disciplined, and meaningful life, starting from where they are, not where they think they should be. My journey didn’t start from strength. It started from survival.

My story

In May 2022, I was 16 and on vacation with my dad in Morocco. I didn’t know it yet, but I had been walking around with a collapsed lung for some time. The flight made things worse, without me realizing it, air was building up in my chest and pressing against my heart. That night, I woke up in extreme pain and could barely breathe. Thankfully, there was a hospital next to our hotel. They did a lung scan and discovered the collapse. I spent three weeks there, going through three failed procedures and one surgery that finally worked. When I got home, I had lost 9 kilos  (from 60kg to just 51kg) and felt like a shadow of myself.

Coming home wasn’t just physical recovery, it was mental too. I was unhealthy, unmotivated, and eating whatever gave me instant comfort: sugar, snacks, processed food. My parents made healthy meals, but I refused to eat them. I didn’t recognize the person I was becoming.

Some friends took me to the gym now and then. I didn’t like it at first. I didn’t go often. But I knew I had to rebuild.

In December 2022, something clicked. I convinced my parents to get me a membership. I started going 2–3 times a week. I had no real plan, so I turned to YouTube, hundreds of videos on training, health, nutrition. I wasn’t consistent yet, but I had started.

After high school ended in July 2023, I made a big decision: to stop spending time with people who didn’t support my growth. I went into “ghost mode” — focused fully on building myself up. I trained 5 times a week. I quit sugar and processed food. I started eating real, home-cooked meals again. It wasn’t just about looking healthy anymore — it was about feeling strong from the inside out.

By early 2024, I hit a wall at 64kg. I wasn’t seeing much change. The gym started to feel repetitive. But instead of giving up, I tried something new: I added running, cycling, and swimming. I tracked my meals. I studied nutrition. Within three months, I gained 3 more kilos and started to feel energized, sharp, and alive again.

In August 2024, everything began to fall into place. I created a morning routine that worked for me — not some perfect Instagram version, but something that gave me clarity, peace, and purpose. I was no longer living in a fog. I had built a life around health, growth, and the things I truly enjoy.

Now in July 2025, I’ve built a lifestyle I’m proud of. One that’s focused on health, discipline, learning, and doing what I love — not for short-term results, but long-term fulfillment.

Why I Coach

I coach because I’ve lived it. I know what it’s like to feel lost in your own body. To want more, but not know where to start. I’ve walked that road — and I’ve come out stronger, clearer, and more alive than ever. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’m here. To guide, support, and walk beside you — as you build your own version of a healthy, fulfilling life.
