I get it, the idea of “changing your life” sounds overwhelming. Maybe you’ve tried before. Maybe you’re tired of starting, falling off, and starting again.
I’ve been there too. And that’s exactly why I created this coaching plan, not to push perfection, but to build progress you can actually sustain.
PROJECT247 is about becoming the version of yourself you know is there: the one that’s focused, disciplined, clear-minded, and confident.
And you won’t do it alone.
How it works
This isn’t a copy-paste program. It’s 1-on-1 coaching, shaped around your lifestyle, your starting point, and your goals. Whether you want to get stronger, build a routine, clean up your nutrition, or just feel good again — we build it together.
Here’s what you get:
• 1-on-1 Coaching
We have weekly check-ins, by voice or chat, where we reflect, adjust your plan, and talk honestly about what’s working and what’s not. This is personal. No filters.
• A Routine That Works For You
We build a daily structure that fits your life. Whether you’re a student, working full time, or in between — the goal is to create consistency without burnout.
• Training Guidance
You don’t need to be a gym pro. I’ll help you start from zero or refine what you’re already doing. Gym, home workouts, cardio, bodyweight, stretching — whatever suits your level.
• Nutrition Support
No crash diets, no “eat clean or fail” mindset. We look at your current habits and make changes that are actually doable. I’ll guide you through better choices, meal ideas, and how to fuel your body for energy and growth.
• Mindset & Habit Coaching
This is where the real change happens. Together, we’ll work on discipline, focus, and rebuilding the way you approach life — day by day, thought by thought.
• Shared Progress Tracker
Each client gets a personal digital space (Google Doc) where we track workouts, habits, routines, sleep, and more. You’ll see your progress build — week by week.
• Daily Support
You get access to me through 24/7 chat for questions, voice notes, motivation, or structure check-ins. Think of it like having someone in your corner who actually cares and shows up.
- Let’s Start with a Free Intake Session -
Before anything else, we talk. I don’t just send you a sign-up link. We start with a free 20–30 min intake call. Why? Because I want to know who you are, not just what you want to achieve.
On the call, we’ll talk about:
- Where you’re at right now (mentally, physically, lifestyle-wise)
- What you’d love to improve or feel better about
- What hasn’t worked for you in the past
- And if this coaching path fits what you’re truly looking for
If we click and you’re ready, we begin. If you need time, that’s okay too. You’ll stay on the radar for when the time feels right.
Limited number of Clients at a Time
I’m not running this like a factory. I work with a maximum of 10 clients at a time. That way, I can give every person the actual attention and energy they deserve.
